When we first started in 1989, we had one focus: healthcare. Starting there taught us how to put ourselves in others' shoes and design to solve their needs. We knew that those same principles could apply to more than just healthcare, so we enhanced our capabilities, expanded into new markets, and grew our reach across the globe. And today, we're still asking: what can we make better next?
To help support our adult incontinence production, we open a manufacturing facility in McElhattan.
— Marketing Director
We begin producing our own custom nonwovens. With this added capability, we would now have more control over our raw materials. Which would mean more control over end-product quality, and more flexibility to experiment.
We announce the establishment of Nutek: our disposables subdivision. With this move, our product portfolio broadens into two new categories: adult incontinence washcloths and baby wet wipes.
— First Quality Customer
We open our Lock Haven facility and begin producing our first paper products. With decades of experience in absorbent technology and materials design, we immediately begin partnering with retailers to create paper towels and bath tissue.
We announce the acquisition of Covidien™ Retail Products with locations in King of Prussia and Macon. With the integration, we expand our manufacturing capabilities and ability to serve our Retail customers.
With a water source and pre-filtration already in place to supply our paper machines, we launch our bottled water business to begin supplying our customers with locally-sourced Pennsylvania water.
We begin creating print and packaging solutions, allowing us to offer everything from raw materials production to the final packaging.
We open our Wuxi, China Nonwovens Facility and establish our first manufacturing presence outside of North America.
We announce our acquisition of Fempro and expand our operating capabilities into Canada.
