Assistant Human Resource Manager
Location: Hazleton, Pennsylvania
We are looking for an Assistant Human Resource Manager for our Nonwovens manufacturing facility located in Hazleton, PA. This position will support the Human Resource Manager in all aspects of managing human resource programs, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Knowledge of Employment Law.
- Knowledge of workforce planning, compensation & benefits, & employee relations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
