Senior Recruiter
Location: Anderson, South Carolina
To support the growth of our new Anderson, SC facility, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter responsible for recruiting both exempt and nonexempt positions.
Some principal responsibilities include:
- Interact and participate in the business processes of a wide range of disciplines.
- Align with the business units to understand their recruiting needs and develop networks of contacts within their respective disciplines.
- Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization.
- Utilizes internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
- Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
- Participates in, sets up displays and works at job fairs.
- Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Successful candidate will have the following skills:
- A Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or associated discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in HR/Professional Recruiting.
- Expertise utilizing a variety of recruiting concepts/practices to source candidates.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an absolute MUST.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management throughout the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
