Finance Analyst
Location: McElhattan, Pennsylvania
This position is responsible for the review, evaluation and resolution of claims.
Principle responsibilities include:
- Execute and maintain daily call process for collections on accounts.
- All aspects of Cash Application and Reconciliation.
- Process and update new and existing customer credit applications.
- Track promotional expenditures.
- Audit and resolve open credits and deposits.
- Review, evaluate and resolve customer deductions.
- Ad hoc analysis of financial related data.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 – 5 years experience in an A/R function.
- 3 years experience conducting collection calls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, (Word, Excel and Access).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze data and come to logical supportable conclusions.
