Director of Reliability and Maintenance
Location: Anderson, South Carolina
We are looking for an experienced Director of Reliability and Maintenance for our state-of-the-art Consumer Tissue Product Mill located in Central Pennsylvania and a new site under construction in Anderson, SC. The position will be located in SC and responsible for leading our operations into world class process reliability and maintenance performance. A successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development of systems and people at all levels in our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years reliability and maintenance experience in modern high-speed paper making and converting with tissue manufacturing experience preferred.
- Minimum 7 years experience in direct supervision of technical personnel.
- CMRP Certification desired
