Maintenance and Reliability Manager
Location: Lock Haven, Pennsylvania
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager for our state-of-the-art Consumer Tissue Product Mill in Lock Haven, PA. The position will be responsible for leading plant wide maintenance & reliability initiatives, continually improving the utilization of process equipment, providing direction, and assistance to maintenance personnel throughout the facility. Hands-on leadership capable of coaching and developing people and systems is required. This position is a critical team member working closely with operations and engineering personnel.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 10 years experience in the reliability field, preferably in paper manufacturing or related industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience achieving reliability goals and objectives
- Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
- CMRP Certification desired
