Director of Product Development
Location: Anderson, South Carolina
First Quality is a privately-held group of manufacturing companies who are leaders in their respective field. The organization is run by hands-on owners with dynamic expansion plans to significantly increase the size of the business over the next few years.
We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Development for our brand new, state-of-the-art Consumer Tissue Product Mill to be constructed in Anderson, SC. The position will be responsible for directing and coordinating all product development activities associated with tissue products, from Operations through to the Marketplace and providing technical and market expertise with regards to tissue products/markets.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- B.S./M.S. in Science or Engineering.
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7-10 years Consumer Product Development experience, preferably in tissue products.
- Minimum of 2-5 years marketing experience, preferably in a consumer packaged goods industry.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in the private label industry.
