Maintenance and Reliability Manager
Location: Anderson, South Carolina
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Manager for our brand new, state-of-the-art Consumer Tissue Product Mill to be constructed in Anderson, SC. The position will be responsible for supporting startup, establishment of maintenance systems, and ongoing maintenance and reliability initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- BS in Engineering or related discipline.
- 10 years experience in paper machine maintenance
- Extensive engineering and reliability experience, preferably within the tissue industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning and communication skills.
- Experience in implementing Preventive Maintenance programs that translated into reliability improvements.
