Process Engineering Manager
Location: McElhattan, Pennsylvania
We are currently seeking a Seasoned Process Engineering Manager for our North Central Pennsylvania location. This position will be responsible for process development, optimization and troubleshooting, as well as the implementation of variability programs.
This position will require extensive interaction with ownership and participation in high level meetings with the ability to take responsibility for projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Chemical and/or Mechanical
- 7 plus years experience as an Engineering Manager within a high speed manufacturing environment
- Consumer Products manufacturing experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop high performance work teams
- Exceptional analytical problem solving, equipment vendor management skills, and strong computer skills are needed to be successful
- Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC experience a definite plus
- Licensed P.E desired
