Facility Support Specialist - California
Location: Nationwide
This self-motivated, enthusiastic individual will support our customers with all program implementations, maintenance and educational needs resulting in greater customer satisfaction.
Some principal responsibilities include:
- Will be required to call on current accounts to; improve economic and clinical outcomes by better utilizing products and programs available to them.
- Be able to implement new account conversions with assistance from Sales Ambassadors and Clinical Staff.
- Conduct business reviews with individual facilities and regional offices`.
- Consult with new and existing accounts on the efficient use of First Quality's entire product line.
- Review and monitor product facility usage and coordinate any necessary corrective actions.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
- Bachelors Degree (some sales experience a plus).
- Experience in Clinical and/or Patient Care.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to travel extensively and work independently is a MUST.
