Finance Manager
Location: Lock Haven, Pennsylvania
Direct all financial activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Some principal responsibilities include:
- Leads monthly and annual close process.
- Responsible for monthly financial analysis and reporting package.
- Prepares budgets/financial plans, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justifications.
- Provides management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities
- Responsible for the reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis, or as requested.
- Coordinates audits of company's accounts.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum seven years related experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
- CMA or CPA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, ERP systems (Oracle/JDE/PeopleSoft a plus).
