IT Business Unit Leader
Location: Lewistown, Pennsylvania
We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic IT- Business Unit Leader to aid in the improvement of process for the Technology function for our Lewistown, PA facility.
Principal responsibilities include:
- Increase business efficiency through IT - enabled process improvement using existing tools of Enterprise One resource planning/business intelligence, G.E. Fanuc manufacturing execution system.
- Ensure data security and integrity at the employee, application, and facility level following enterprise wide defined policy and practice.
- Improve internal customer satisfaction by being actively involved in the process improvements as part of the business unit leadership team and build management relationship and trust.
- Develop staff/leadership/business skills within IT.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results with limited resources.
Successful candidates will have the following skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
- 10 plus years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a management role. Manufacturing background is a MUST!
- Solid knowledge of application development concepts, practices and procedures.
- Understanding and knowledge/experience of JD Edwards and GE Fanuc applications.
