Training Manager
Location: Lewistown, Pennsylvania
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and systems for skill improvement for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with technical skills training at a manufacturing facility
- Minimum of 5 years as a Training Manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
