Business Analyst/HR & Payroll
Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
The position is responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the business processes and associated software applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in business process area. MBA is a plus.
- 5 – 10 years of combined IT and business systems development work experience.
- Supported and worked with payroll, human resources and benefits.
- Solid knowledge of application development concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to maintain performance when under stress, and manage time effectively through the application of organization and planning skills.
- Knowledge and experience of JD Edwards, specifically E1 is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
