Product Development Leader
Location: McElhattan, Pennsylvania
Responsible for providing the company with products to meet customer/consumer needs and achieve corporate profit margin requirements. Directs and coordinates all product development activities associated with tampon & wipe products, from Operations through to the Marketplace. Provides technical and market expertise with regards to tampon & wipe products/markets.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- B.S. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 10 years in the development of consumer products
- Experience with formulation and packaging preferred
- Knowledge and use of the following: probability & statistical inference, design of experiments, FDA’s QSR (especially with regards to design controls) and ISO 13485
- Strong written and oral communication skills
