History
Welcome to the First Quality Family of Companies. First Quality, a privately held company, was founded by the Damaghi family in 1988. Corporate offices are located in Great Neck, New York with manufacturing facilities in central Pennsylvania. 
First Quality Products shipped the first Adult Incontinence Briefs to a selected group of distribution partners specifically targeting the Long Term Care market. Since that time, we have expanded into new markets including Retail and Home Care in the U.S. and globally.
First Quality Hygienic began producing its own brand of Tampons (Femtex) and manufacturing the private label brand for most of the largest and best known retailers in the United States.
First Quality Products introduced TOTAL CARE: a resource for a complete continence management program for Healthcare facilities. TOTAL CARE is recognized for promoting high performance care and cost management efficiencies.
First Quality International, a company entirely devoted to global markets, was added to the First Quality family of companies. First Quality International now ships products globally to all regions including Central/South America, Caribbean, Europe, South East Asia, Pacific Rim, and the Middle East. First Quality Nonwovens was formed to provide the market with high quality spunmelt nonwovens and to support other First Quality family companies through vertical integration. Nutek was formed and began manufacturing Prevail First Quality Adult Incontinence Washcloths, Cuties Baby Wipes and private label brands. With the formation of Nutek, First Quality became the only incontinence product manufacturer to also manufacture their own wipes.
Nutek opened a new state-of-the-art facility, ensuring that we are upholding the highest standards for quality assurance.
First Quality Tissue entered the Consumer Tissue Market with Plenty brand of high grade roll paper towels that are produced using Through Air Drying technology.
