• 5 years experience in design and installation of high-speed consumer products, packaging, or web converting equipment
• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar projects, including budgetary responsibilities
• Exceptional analytical problem solving, equipment vendor management skills, and strong computer skills are needed to be successful.
• Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC experiences would be a great plus.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (ME preferred)
