• 10 years experience in paper machine maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and communication skills.
• BS in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in implementing Preventive Maintenance programs, that translated into reliability improvements.
