- 10 years experience in a Senior Leadership role
- Experience in managing business operations, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in a high speed continuous process manufacturing environment
- Exceptional skills in the areas of strategic planning, budget development and people management.
- Must be PC proficient. Experience in working with manufacturing based technology.
- B.S Degree in Engineering or related field
